Change of Mind Returns Policy

At this stage, Ballet International Gala reserves their right to deny return of an item due to change of mind.

 

Faulty Product Returns Policy

Under the Australian Consumer law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement where possible for any unused items that are faulty.

 

A product is faulty when:

  • It has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;

  • Is unsafe;

  • Is significantly different from the description of the product; or

  • Does not do what was stated in the description.


This does not include damage caused by misuse or returns raised due to change of mind.

 

Where the fault is minor, Ballet International Gala will honour a full replacement where sizing/stock permits. If this is not possible, we will issue a free refund upon return and processing of the faulty item.

 

Proof of Purchase

Returns must be submitted by the original buyer. A copy of your confirmation email will be required to receive a full refund/return of the product.
